We are primarily a professional, full-service, buyer’s agency who ensures each client is legally protected using an exclusive buyer’s agency agreement. We charge a standard flat fee for our services regardless of property purchase price or commission offered, a fee paid from the seller’s commission. Furthermore, we rebate back to our buyers the balance of the commission offered from the seller in the form of closing cost credits, a savings in the thousands of dollars. Collectively, this is a valuable combination not offered by any other real estate company in Puerto Vallarta.

The big question on everyone’s mind these days is the same: Is buying in Mexico a safe and practical option? What I can tell you is many thousands before you have safely purchased here and, to be sure, thousands more will. There are millions of baby boomers desiring the lifestyle change Puerto Vallarta offers. And despite the blazing headlines painting Mexico as unsafe in broad strokes, Puerto Vallarta is a very friendly tranquil city and it’s likely as safe if not safer a city than wherever it is you’re reading this.
